Gavin Posted April 4, 2020 Posted April 4, 2020 We don’t know JD, or the processing time. At least you are in process with your banker. Banks are all over with info requests for this. Think all that SBA wants is the payroll tax filings for 2019 and YTD through Feb 15th 2020. Some banks get it. Some banks don’t, and they are asking for the moon in terms of documentation, extra forms, and guarantees you don’t have to sign for this. Big training issue at the banks. If you banker, accountant, lawyer, has not called you about this....Fire them.

Blown out of proportion? Not as bad as the Flu? How many naysayers do we still have on the forums? Speak up. Personally I wish I had a mask now. Who are you talking to? I don't think anyone ever said it was a sham. I feel it's still a little blown out of proportion. Not the being careful and SD part, but the hoarding, panic, and throwing in the towel part. The nationwide reaction to this is going to put the entire country in a bad way. Surely there are ways to work around this that don't involve STAY AT HOME orders, and a sudden halt to all business. I think it needs to be determined whether or not China is truly responsible or not, and if they are.......

I dont know my exact quote, too lazy to look it up. Now, I have to eat crow. I still wonder if there is more than meets the eye, if I'm being honest. I am complying with the recommendations, and I will continue to. I am off work, have been for two weeks. My manager called me yesterday to tell me that our building is closed indefinitely. She asked how I was, I explained that although we are being paid, I would much rather be working. I know most won't feel that way, but I do. I truly pray that each and every one of us come out of this unscathed. I enjoy reading and seeing pictures of all of our members antics. Be well. Daryk. Why did you think this was pointing to you? You said you were going back and forth about this correct? oneshot Posted April 4, 2020 Posted April 4, 2020 I thought Testing was Free then see some Health Departments charging $290 for Testing?
Basfis Posted April 4, 2020 Posted April 4, 2020 It’s certainly not free may be nothing paid out of pocket in the right scenario
Root Admin Phil Lilley Posted April 4, 2020 Root Admin Posted April 4, 2020 I haven't been following for a while... $290 per test but my nephew said they only do a throat swab so I'm not sure it's the same... This is on the strip in Branson. We were approved for a SBA loan yesterday. Our accountant applied for us. If we qualify, we don't have to pay it back. Otherwise, we'll pay it back later this year after things start back up... may be. Not sure if I posted on here, we are closed. Several reasons but the bottom line it was for my employees. Our neighbors are still open though. Lazy and Ozark. The lake is baron of boats and trout fishing is very good. I'd love to see more news items posted on the latest info - that's what this thread was started for, although I like the discussions too. https://www.foxnews.com/media/immunologist-possible-cure-for-the-coronavirus This was interesting yesterday. I wasn't sure if you were wanting me to answer or not, thought I already did, but your post was right under mine....and nobody else was answering. No my mind hasn't changed, other than the daily back and forth. One day I'm concerned about getting the virus and surviving....and the next day I'm more concerned about how the effects of worrying about it are going to change our lives for good. The no more handshaking and no more crowded places..... I'm happy about that. Yee Haa! 😊 But the everybody being broke and not able to work part....bad bad BAD. How much different is the effects of this vs.the effects of a hostile country launching a missle at us ?
gotmuddy Posted April 4, 2020 Posted April 4, 2020 Am I a believer? yes. Do I believe its as serious/bad as the media is portraying it? no. Am I taking precautions? Dam right. The internet has ruined me to where if I cant see it with my two eyes, or someone I trust sees it with their two eyes, I dont believe it. Thank GOD I live where I do.
