If one day all you could get from Marlboro, going forward, was menthol 100's from China  then I think it would be a solid analysis.     

They dumped their best USA made flyrod blank, and went all Chinese.  They don't even offer a high quality fly rod anymore.  And simply remaining as yet another choice of rod spinners in the GEAR market will invariably lead to them becoming stagnant.    They've even abandoned their entire advertising campaign.   

It doesn't take a financial expert to recognize that they are falling apart.
