crazy4fishin Posted July 14, 2021 Posted July 14, 2021 In September of 2019 I went to Bo's house at his invitation to buy a few jigs....four hours later after great conversation, cool stories and philosophy about life and fishing I left with much MUCH more tackle than I had intended. He was telling me how it all started for him and the thoughts behind the various designs that he was selling and opinions on the competition etc. I was wishing that I had taken notes! It was a great time and I believe that I was blessed just to share in the conversation....yes, he will truly be missed but he sure touched a lot of people with his thoughts and jigs! Prayers for his family C4F bfishn, Nick Adams, Zulu and 11 others 14 Crazy4fishinA Cornhusker
jay bird Posted July 15, 2021 Posted July 15, 2021 Bo was probably the best fisherman that I knew for table rock lake. He was a neighbor, a great contributor to the Cassville High School fishing team, and a huge well of knowledge he was willing to share. Every time I catch a nice smallie by big M or eagle rock i think about his relocation program from the Dam area. Bo I hope your time is now filled with full moons and black lights. Bill Babler Posted July 15, 2021 Posted July 15, 2021 Really enjoyed the bantering between Bo and Champ in the early years of the forum. Seemed like the past few years it turned to so much mutual respect between the two. Can’t replace a guy like that 10’s of thousands of hours of Table Rock knowledge went to rest with him. Our deepest condolences from everyone here in his OAF Family. dtrs5kprs, Quillback, Daryk Campbell Sr and 11 others 14 http://whiteriveroutfitters.com http://whiteriverlodgebb.com
vernon Posted July 15, 2021 Posted July 15, 2021 This is the saddest news I've heard in quite some time. I was/am a big fan of Bo, his posts, his videos, his knowledge and his lures. A true innovator. Awhile back he invited me to his house to pick up some of his Big Wobbler's but I didn't want to impose and never made it by. Will always regret that. I will miss him and didn't even know him.😢 snagged in outlet 3, liphunter, dtrs5kprs and 7 others 10 "Never underestimate the power of stupid people in large groups." Root Admin Phil Lilley Posted July 15, 2021 Root Admin Posted July 15, 2021 This forum has been going for almost 16 years now. A lot of us have become family, although some have never met face to face. So it's always sad to lose a family member. I am sorry I never shared a boat with Bo. May be we should get together more often. The One Bass is one gathering.... may be we can have more gatherings. Just a thought. liphunter, Terrierman, fshndoug and 17 others 20

96 CHAMP Posted July 15, 2021 Posted July 15, 2021 I never knew the man, talked a few times through here with him. It is very sad, losing a loved one is the worst thing that can happen to you, it never goes away. The helplessness one has grieving with loss is uncomprehensible. My deepest condolences to his family and his closest friends is at hand. RIP Bo. Johnsfolly and Daryk Campbell Sr 2
